"Teller21 has worked wonders for us. It has improved teller accuracy, transaction time, and teller balancing. Over all it has improved teller efficiency as a whole. Tellers are almost never out of balance in their cash drawer and the number of errors in their work has decreased greatly. We have customers that bring in multiple transactions (15-20) that used to take tellers 20 to 30 minutes. Now those same transactions can be processed within 10 to 15 minutes. Because tellers are spending less time on transactions they are able to spend more time on sales with their customers.

It has also changed processing to an extreme that we never thought would be possible in the time frame that it happened. We used to require 5 employees in the data processing/computer room departments and now we operate with only 2. We were also able to change our cut off time from 2:00pm to 4:30pm Monday through Thursday and 5:00pm on Fridays because of the ease and speed in processing teller work. Since the processing of teller work has become so streamlined the 2 employees in data processing have been able to pick up extra duties that there was no time for before.

I could go on and on about the details that make this product so great but to sum it up it improves teller and processing efficiency and we could not image going on without it!"
