  • • Each transaction tracks and aggregates cash, account information and individual conducting information.
  • • Before a teller can complete a transaction any missing information needed for BSA will require the teller to collect this information from the individual conducting. This information will be saved for future transactions.
  • • CTRs will be generated by the system and all fields will be automatically populated.
  • • Each CTR will be reviewed by your BSA officer and electronically filed with FINCEN.
  • • When FINCEN accepts your filings the DCN and status will be stored with the CTR. The CTR report will reflect this information from FINCEN.
